Did the unisom b6 combo work for your morning sickness?

I'm miserable currently and hoping itll work for me. I am 6 weeks 6 days and starting vomiting yesterday. Currently not even able to hold water down.

I feel your pain. I am 6 weeks 3 days and I started feeling nauseous NYE and it lasts ALL day. Started taking the Unisom B6 combo 2 nights ago... well I woke up this morning at 330am and 7am vomiting 🤢. I’ve tried crystallized ginger, keeping saltines at the bedside, eating small snacks.. nothing seems to help!

I used the unisom to sleep last pregnancy. Helped to not wake up vomiting at 12-3 am ( the whole pregnancy was horrible nausea and vomiting). Really recommend. Not sure about the additional b6, should be some in your prenatal so I’d check with OB/midwife about adding more. Maybe also try foods with b6 in it?

The 25mg of B6 3x per day worked for me, didn’t need to add unisom

It did for me, but I had to be very consistent. 25mg of b6 with every meal, and Unisom about 30 minutes before bed. Preggie Pop Drops Plus also have b6 in them, and I found them helpful sometimes after eating.
