Hi y'all

6 month post partum and I have haemorrhoid coming out of my bumhole - it's quite hard. I have no pain when going toilet.

And after a bowl motion my perineum feels weird. I had a look and it was lumpy looking. I could also see a vein protruding. It goes back in after a while but that area remains soft.

Anyone else experience this ? Have advice
