Like the vaginal cramps you get when you have IBS. When your pushing it's very similar to extreme IBS when you have bad cramps when shitting yourself lol.

I know every one says that they feel like a period cramp but they also sometimes don’t. I only had back labor with my LO. I had no clue what contractions felt like so everyone said a period cramp so I didn’t know my back pain was contractions for a while. I didn’t have any period cramping like contractions.

Varies for every woman to a certain degree. But for me, a quick and painful tightening in the lower abdomen area that lasted 30 seconds each and would stop and repeat every 20 minutes. Nothing like period cramps.
