Nauseated

Anyone else extremely nauseated during the third trimester?? It seems like every time I overheat or get slightly warm, I am nauseated. If my blood pressure rises, my temperature rises, and then I get nauseated some more. I was recently in the hospital for pain (which was written off as “growing pains”) and I ended up really sick afterwards. I’m getting nervous for labor. I have a high pain tolerance but I’m not sure the nausea will allow for the pain tolerance. Idk how to explain it...
