Getting pregnant after d&c

I’m sure this has been asked in here before, but I am wondering if it’s too early to try to get pregnant again? I had a d&c for a missed miscarriage on 12/23 and so I should be ovulating this week (will test to make sure). I waited the 2 weeks to have sex again so I know I’m in the clear for that. Thoughts? I just want to make sure it’s safe. Thanks!
