Remedies for head cold/nasal congestion
Help!! Any tips on relieving sore throat and nasal congestion? I’m only 6wk so I know most meds are off limits. I’ve tried chamomile tea, throat lozenges, and Vick’s. I‘m pretty miserable and trying to prevent a sinus infection.
