Anyone smoke them while breastfeeding? Should I smoke a cigarette right after breastfeeding or before ? I only want to smoke 1 or 2 every week it helps me and I can’t drink alcohol. I would definitely change my clothes and shower before I held her cause I’m terrified of sids
