Any places that are age appropriate for a 16 month old ?

I want to bring him out possibly a play place or a place he could learn but idk where! I know there are tons of play places around but I was thinking of something a little more fun and interactive if that makes sense?

Check libraries - many have story times. I know Barnes & Nobles do story times. 
Also check out your local community center for low priced or feee activities for all ages!

Depends on where you live.  Where we are there's libraries that have story and play time for babies.

There's children's indoor play gyms, childrens science centers, and a lot of cities have kids and toddler events, just google your city and kids activities and there should be a few helpful websites popping up for your local area.

My daughter is 16 months and we do indoor play places all the time, she loves them. 
She can go nuts and there’s nothing really to break or mess up

This completely depends on what is near where you live. My son loved MyGym at that age & still does! It's a class that's a mix of free play & group activities, & there are lots of things to climb on etc. I think Gymboree classes may be similar, & I'm sure there are lots of other brands along those lines.
