Many questions.. please help where you can

Ok so a little background baby girl is a little over a month old. She is eating 3oz (2oz breastmilk and 1oz formula)

*both the babys dad and I have the flu... can we give it to her? Dad's is mostly chest flu with horrible coughing ans mine is head flu with stuffy nose.

*How can we tell if she does get the flu?

*If she can get the flu when can we hold her again? When are we not contagious?

*What drugs can i take to help with the flu?

*I plan on stopping pumping how do i go about that? I have 100's of ounces stockpiled

*When do babies move up to eating 4oz
