White lies to kids

My boy decided he didn't want to brush his teeth today. I pulled out all the stops that usually work but no luck. I ended up telling him if he didn't keep his teeth clean bugs will want to live in his mouth and he opened right up and smiled afterwards saying "no bugs in my mouth!" 🤦‍♀️

Anyone tell white lies?
