I don’t feel pregnant anymore

This is kind of hard to explain. But I found out I was pregnant back before Christmas. I was early then. About 15 was my hcg. And then I went back again and it was 43. Doc said to go back until it reaches the 2500-5000 range to make sure it was a viable pregnancy. So I did. And then my number was 2543 or something like that. So I was told to stop. About a week ago I had bad gas pains for about a couple hours. Mild but still annoying. I took a warm bath, layer down and after a while they went away. Now suddenly after that I don’t feel pregnant anymore. Like I feel totally fine. Minus some nausea.

Should I be worried.
