Hep B shot side effects

My baby got her 2nd Hep B shot today. She's been sleeping a lot since we left and a little fussy when she wakes up to eat. She'll just nurse for 5-10 mins and fall asleep at the breast. I had heard about vaccinations making babies tired and fussy before. Are there any other syptoms to watch out for? Is this normal? She's 5 weeks old.
