Nausea tip!

I’ve been REALLY struggling with nausea. All day. Every day. Wasn’t sure if I was craving a single thing for dinner, so I decided on a smoothie! My friend had tagged me in a 1st Trimester-smoothie recipe, and it truly saved my tummy this evening. AND I didn’t have to think too hard about food.

- Two scoops of plain Greek yogurt

- Frozen strawberries/blueberries

- Tablespoon of honey

- Half of a frozen banana

- Splash of milk (of choice)

- Tiny splash of Insure (I added for a little extra protein)
