Twins!??

Question

So, i am 7 weeks and 6 days down had my first doctor’s apt today. We have a 5 year old daughter and decided we wanted just one more, the sexe does not matter to us. So at the doctors today, doc said that he suspects that i may be pregnant with twins!!!!🤯🤯. No ultrasound was done just a manual examination. Has this prediction been done to anyone else and been true!? Please i am freaking the eff out LOL

I had NO idea I was pregnant with twins. I had my hcg levels drawn at 3 weeks 5 or 6 days and it was at 128. I was told it was high for only being that far along. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks 4 days and sure enough, there was 2. I barely have any symptoms, a bit if nausea the last week and thats it. For 2 i feel amazing.
