Off white discharge (picture included)

Hey I’m sorry and hope not to offend anyone but I was just wondering if anyone else had this discharge. It doesn’t have a smell or itch or anything but sometimes is thicker than others. It seems like when I wake up there’s more than in the day. Im 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby so please don’t judge me either. Please someone Let me know if it’s ER time. Lol.
