Making own baby food

So we’re a half BLW half purées family. We’ve started a nut introduction bc of family allergies. So far we’ve had peanuts, nutmeg, cashews, and we’re soon to try walnuts and pecan butters!

So anyway, I’m rough blending up some fav fruits like blueberries, peaches, apples. Then baking some sweet potatoes and blending those.

Any other easy foods that can be frozen ahead of time?

Why make my own? I was never able to breastfeed and I wanted to do something for my baby that was all positive energy and love. And I happen to love cooking. Those jarred purées kinda smell (in my opinion) but I’ll use them in a pinch if I have to.
