So much pain 🥺
2 years ago in May, I had a tympanoplasty which is an ear drum reconstruction. The reason is because I had a giant hole in my ear drum. Other ear history includes getting tubes in my ears many times (google if you want) but the tympano is the most Intense ear surgery I’ve had, and I got it in my right ear. Then not that long after I got my braces on. I’ve had them on for like.. year and a half. I’m telling you this cuz it’s part of the situation. Almost 2 months ago I started getting pain in my ear (right ear) when I yawn, open my mouth to bite into foods and stuff. Few weeks after I noticed it I made an appointment with my ear nose and throat doctor who’s done the ear tubes and referred me to the surgeon that I got the big surgery with. Had to wait a month tho because he was booked for that long. I just had the appointment on Tuesday and he said my ear drums a little sucked in but doesn’t seem to have anything wrong with it; and he also said that it could be from my jaw since obviously it moved from having braces. He sent a referral to the surgeon again to look at it since he did the surgery, and I’m supposed to wait a week for them to call me and if not i gotta call them. He gave me nasal spray to help open my sinuses and said pain killers would help. But I took some today for a headache and it hasn’t really helped. This just sucks. I just want to not have ear issues
