Baby poop- normal?!

Sorry in advance for the poop picture but if you’re here- you’ve gotten past the TMI alert! So, my son is 5 weeks old today and has only had breast milk. Lately, his poops have looked like this. Does it look normal? It just doesn’t look quite like “seedy mustard” to me. And sometimes he poops what seems to be just liquid. Also, I don’t know if all that mucous is normal?!

He has A LOT of wet diapers every day. Seems to breastfeed well, gaining appropriate weight (3 lbs since birth). Sometimes his fontanel is a bit sunken though. Ugh this is hard being a mom of a newborn!
