Pants wetting

My four year old has being doing great at going to the bathroom on her own without any accidents for awhile. In the past week she has soaked her clothes all day every single day. She will just sit wherever she is and then get up and try to hide it or say she’s sorry and didn’t mean to. I try to keep her going to the bathroom every so often, but she still does it or she’s wet before I ask her to go again. I’m at a loss and so frustrated with washing clothes, cleaning carpets and the couch cushions. Has anyone else been through this? She doesn’t do this while we are away from home. It’s only while at home.
