Late...

So I'm now creeping up to being 4 days late for my period. But I have taken two tests and both resulted BFN. I don't want to over test, so when should I next test? I actually had what felt like an eruption of hormones and strong PMS symptoms, but didn't bleed at all, and still haven't, although the symptoms mostly seem to have subsided. I keep getting hot flashes, my basal temperatures is still raised to 37.5 and my beasts are still painful, but have calmed down a bit, and my bloating has eased a bit. I'm wondering about calling the doctor soon, but I don't want to have a blood test then my period just start. How long should I wait? 🤔
