Induce a period

Does anyone know any natural/safe ways to help bring on my period? I’m due for in and out surgery of fibroid removal in two weeks and AF was supposed come already. I didn’t ovulate this month and I have confirmed several times, a negative pregnancy test. I don’t want have reschedule because I really need remove them as they are giving me very long periods. It’s also affecting my chances of conceiving because they are on my uterus lining. Thanks in advance
