I need your advice.. Pretty Please..

I just had a baby this September 2019..

She is gorgeous.. Im breastfeeding her but she also drinks formula.. Some days I just breastfeed 2 or 3 times because we go out or whatever other reason.. Most other days shes on the breast almost all day.. I had a normal delivery but TMI I had bleeding while defecating so I wanted no intimacy with my husband I was scared... Until late December we did out thing... I had this crazy vivid dream, and I also had a dream about my babygirl and another baby out of no where.. I do not know what to di what to expect.. I was stupid to be misinformed about the breastfeeding.. I thought you can not get pregnant while breastfeeding turns out it is possible.. Now I dont know to do or what to symptoms look out for since I had no period.. I bled for 1 mont straight after giving birth then like 1 week later my ''period came'' then never seen my period again.. What can I do? Is this possible? Has this happened to any of you ladies? Please kindly advice me..
