9 weeks symptoms gone

Hi ladies, I have had a pretty symptomless pregnancy since I found out the IVF had worked. I had about 6 or 7 days of constant nausea from about 7.5/8 weeks, and then at 9 weeks the symptoms just stopped again. The nausea was my only symptom and I was enjoying it (weird right) because I knew it was because the baby was growing, but now I’m without it again and I’m terrified I’m had an MMC.

I had a scan at 6.5 and 8.5 weeks due to it being ivf, both showed a heartbeat. So I know I’m probably worrying about nothing but since that second scan I’ve felt like I’m not pregnant any more.

EPU say losing symptoms is not a reason they will scan me. So unless I have any bleeding I cant have another scan until 12 weeks, and there is no where in my area that does private early scans (I live on an island). Can someone reassure me that they had a similar experience and it was fine? Thank you in advance ♥️
