We recently found out my son has sensory processing disorder.

He picks his skin until he’s bleeding, today his doctor recommended finding a toy or object that distracts his fingers & replaces the sensory input he is seeking. Well I’m lost. I thought about a fidget cube or a fidget matt.

He is only 2 so we have to stay awake from small pieces. Any ideas and information would be greatly appreciated.
