Progesterone pills or cream?
I'm on 200mg of progesterone in pill form. I have had 3 miscarriages and I want to do everything that I can to help give this baby a chance.
I've been told that the cream is more effective in preventing miscarriage but I'm not sure how true that is, also at least 2 women I know are taking it in pill form and also self medicating themselves with cream. What has worked for you?
