Is it safe to eat vegetarian sushi? Been craving it so much!!!!

My doctor told me the uncooked meat this is old info.  He said you obviously don’t want to be eating raw meat every day, but really everything is fine in moderation.  I’ve craved sushi like crazy, so I’ve just alternated veggie rolls, shrimp rolls (since they’re cooked), and then have done the raw tuna rolls a few times.  I’ve had no issues.  😬

Yes and sushi with cooked fish should be ok too, just make sure it's not fish that's on the high-mercury list

Yes! You can do sushi with cooked fish too. Delicious! Just make sure you know what’s in everything. A lot of restaurants have an icon next to what’s got raw seafood in it. Just avoid those and you’re good!

i went out for sushi and had baked rolls and CA roll.
There’s a lot of stuff you can order that’s not raw.
Spicy tuna, lobster...
