Hi need some advice please

I’ve been with my

clinic for just over 2 years. we have spent around £20000 with them. I’ve always been Offered support and after-care after all my treatment however on my last transfer it was our last two embryos and the clinic knew financially we could not afford another round . The last email I got from them was telling me I was not pregnant I have not heard a word since. this was back in November. It this normal for A clinic not to offer any after-care or give me a report on why I was not a success case. I’m really upset as they always said I was like family to them
