Tips or Suggestions?!

Question

So im a FTM and i just started getting things set up and i was wondering how to organize and setup my babies drawers n closet does anybody care to share what they did? Ive added the pictures of the two dressers i have for babies room.

I got the IKEA drawer organizer boxes for my long dresser and man they help keep everything organized and easy to find. For my long dresser I have it setup like this
Top left-diapers 
Top right-diapers and pee pads (I use these on top of changing pads makes cleanup soooo much easier)
Middle left-onesies in current size, wipes and diaper rash jars & creams
Middle right-medicines, thermometer, teething toys, bibs, pacifiers
Bottom left-socks, hats, shoes
Bottom right-nursing pads, table wipes, hand sanitizer refill 
The rest of the clothes, wipes, Blankets, burp cloths towels and toys I have in closet in bins and I store extra diapers, wipes and stuff for future on top shelf of closet. I don’t have any photos of inside of drawers I never took any but here is her closet and outside of dresser and the organizers from ikea

For me - I use the long dresser under the changing pad for clothes. I typically only have out the size I’m using now and keep the other sizes in storage. I have one drawer just for socks/hats/shoes. And also have another drawer for overflow diapers/wipes/changing pad liners Incase I run out. 
I use the tall dresser for bed sheets, swaddles, bath towels, blankets, burp cloths etc.

I would use the first two drawers under the changing mat for diapers/wipes and the second for first aid/teething toys/pacis and all other drawers below for current clothes that fit, sleepers,onesies, next size up. And the tAll chest for bath supplies/burp rags/wash clothes, extra sheets, and larger clothes like 6-9 months and up.

Drawer organizers are nice since the clothes are so small! Put things like onesies socks and pants near the changing  station so they’re handy for blowouts. I also stored all of my creams and stuff in a drawer nearby once he was big enough to grab them and tried to put them in his mouth. Heaviest things in low drawers. 
Side note:what is this furniture/where is it from...I LOVE it!! 😍
