My two weeks old son started getting this on his face yesterday n I don’t know if it’s normal or I should go to a doctor?

Normal. Get some breast milk on a cotton ball and dab it on their face. It has helped my little girl tremendously

My babies always got acne. It's fine and normal, domt pop any of them! 
I find that washing there face with soap and keeping them clean really helps. He gets break outs when I havemt given him a bath in a few days

Both my daughters had/have this. Nothing to worry about. Honestly, you really don’t need to do anything for it - even soap is overkill according to our pediatrician, she recommends just rinsing with water occasionally.

Yupp looks like it’s just baby acne. Our daughter has it too. I started putting babyganics eczema cream on it -and it seemed to help clear it up.
