Sick sick and more sick

I have been sick to my stomach since a few days before New Years and New Years at midnight the morning sickness began and ever since my digestive tract had just felt all wrong everything taste plasticky even water is disgusting I’ve been to the ER for fluids due to dehydration and now I’m right back at square one but worse in weak and my stomach still just doesn’t feel right I have no energy to go get lemon juice for my water and I don’t have help often also I have an adorable 19 month old who is all over the place. I’m pretty sure today I’m running a fever on and off I feel so helpless. I feel like I’m alone in this.
