Is it okay to eat lobster?? I’m really craving lobster and the sauce that goes with it!!!

my doctor said only avoid really large fish like swordfish.
she also just told me as long as it isn’t over 14oz

Yes. Had it while pregnant with my first. No problems

My doctor said fish is fine once per week.  The only ones she said to avoid were shrimp and tuna steak because of the amount of mercury those have.
