Late period / Negative Test

My Period Is 2 Days Late 🥴‼️

My Nipples Are Literally Soooo Sore & Tender , I Haven’t Breast Fed My Daughter Since She Was 4 Months . But Yet They Are Leaking Milk , I’ve Been Craving Nothing But Picklesssss😭 , I’ve Been Nauseated & Having A lot Of Headaches & Bad Dreams & I Had Light Cramping When I Was 6 Days Before My Period Now Nothing . I’ve Been Taking pregnancy test & They Keep Coming Back Faint Positive Or Negative Depending On The MIU Of The Brand Of Test . What Do It Do? I’m Sooo Confused .
