Anyone have clots in their uterus after a d/c?

Had my procedure 01/07. Bled very light for 24 hours then nothing, no infection, just thought I had one because I caught the flu last week somehow 🤦🏾‍♀️. They did an ultrasound yesterday to be sure and there were the clots. He said he just wanted me to take the methergine to squeeze my uterus and get the clots out, I'm like how when I'm not even spotting or bleeding at all. He says it's normal bc I just had the procedure. A week ago. Just the thought is scary. I have a long uterus and this happened last time, but I was flowing and I had to have them scrape to get them out. I don't get it. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Anyone else have this happen?
