Pacifier

Anyone else use a pacifier? My daughter is 6wks old. We haven’t used one.... until today. She obviously has wanted one, but, we don’t want to be up all night popping it into her mouth. That terrifies me. But, she’s been fighting napping and screaming bloody murder wanting to comfort suck despite nursing great... so I caved and gave her one. Now I’m terrified we ruined our sleep at night. Anyone else use one... and how long does it take for them to keep it in their mouth (mostly)... someone please ease my fears! Our first never took one. She is EBF.
