Anyone else have a spectra?

Do you have to have the vacuum turned all the way up to 12 to properly pump your supply out? Does it take longer if you don't? I've been using it for a few weeks,but haven't fully explored how to use different cycles.

I’ve been following this, but no idea if it’s helpful cause I don’t pump often. Not familiar with pumping or the right way to do it, but this has helped me get 4 oz here and there.

I got this on level 7 this morning. It took 1h10m to get & I don't think I fully emptied. 😔

I eventually worked up to the highest level, but you don't need to. I've been told to use the highest setting that's comfortable.

Level 8 or 9 on setting 38 works best for me.

I don’t go over 5...I respond way better at s lower setting than a higher setting.

I use level 4 for let down and 5 after that.  I probably could/should increase it some though.  I found that by slowing the cycle time and pausing/restarting (second letdown) this last time, I got more.  But I’m only pumping once a day in addition to breastfeeding, so I rarely get more than about an ounce out between both breasts.

Same here I worked up to the highest setting and sometimes I still kick it down some times if it hurts

I use level 8-9. Are you using the letdown and then pump cycle appropriately? (The ocean wave button)? The let down should be low suction and high cycle to trigger let down like the flutter suck baby does at start and then you hit wave again and you should have a low cycle and deep vacuum combo once milk is flowing. I toggle back to flutter a few times throughout session like a baby would.
