Baby Acne?

My poor little baby’s face seems to have a breakout. These don’t appear anywhere else on his body. Any advice?

You can put breast milk on it and it should clear it up!

Our little one had it. I put some babyganics eczema lotion in it and it seemed to clear up.

Looks like acne to me, nothing to do but wait for it to go away. ❤️

I wash my daughters face with warm water every night and it really helped.
