Did your pets sense your pregnancy?

Question

I'm just curious, we have 2 pugs and 2 cats and I'm wondering if they will sense it at some point, and also if it will change them when baby is here?

My dog didn't seem to react much when I got pregnant with my first. MAYBE she got a little more protective, but it wasn't enough that I noticed it. When I got pregnant with my second though, my dog seemed to know right away. I kept getting frustrated with her because she was following me around the house licking my legs 😂 I was like, "I'm trying to walk here, leave me alone. Why tf are you licking me so much???" It all made sense when I realized I was pregnant. 
As for her changing after kids, not really. She was never sure of kids before, and now she LOVES them. But for the most part she has stayed the same. Although she was sick for about 3 days or so when we brought our second baby home. I'm not sure if she was actually sick with something, or just had some weird anxiety about the new baby being around. She's back to normal now though.
