Pregnant & bleeding

I took a pregnancy test because I’ve been spotting for 5 days now. I’m pregnant, however, it’s too early for doctors to tell me anything. I went to the er yesterday, they did a blood test, urine test & ultrasound.. it’s too early to see anything via ultrasound & hcg levels are low & because it’s so early they can’t tell if I’m miscarrying or they’re just low because it’s early. Also my last period was January 1st which also doesn’t make any sense.

Anyone ever went through this? Advice please?
