Ultrasound showing different dates

So I've been reading on here about the ultrasound showing different date than based off of lmp but haven't found any stories with as off as my dates are.

My lmp was 11/15/19 so based off that should be like 8 weeks. The ultrasound we had today showed 5 weeks 5 days. I am positive ovulation happened on 12/2 or 12/3. So going back in 2 weeks to see if there are any changes. Anyone have an experience similar??
