Side effects after nexplanon removed.

I’ve had the nexplanon a total of 3 times. The first time I got it removed and got a second one immediately put back in. When I got the second one removed we were trying for a baby and I can’t recall the side effects of getting off of it. This time I had it in for 5 months, bled the whole time so decided to get it out on Monday. I’ve had a migraine since then and started being nauseous today, is that common side effects of getting off of it?
