Pumping to induce?

Question

So doc has given me the ok to try to start labor at home. I have a pump and pineapples. How long should I try to pump. I know for a fact sex can induce labor cause I did it with my last. But I don’t have any one to have sex with🥴😂 its a rainy day so I definitely can’t go out and walk. Any input? 
P.S I DON’T WANNA HEAR LET BABY BAKE. IM 40+2 AND TRYING TO AVOID MEDICAL INDUCTION. IVE HEARD STORIES AS THE PAIN IS 1000 TIMES WORSE.

I honestly don’t know about the nipple stuff, been too scared to try because I’ve heard it can make labour worse than being induced 😬. I’ve been induced twice now, after the first (with an epidural) I thought I would never be able to labour without an epidural. With the second induction, my epidural failed..I was having very strong contractions about every 1-2 minutes, the baby was becoming a little distressed so the doctor stretched me from a 6 to an 8 while I pushed to see if the baby could fit. Luckily he was only 6lb 13oz so he was born about 10 minutes later. Anyway...my point is, induced labour without an epidural is not as bad as you would think..and that’s coming from a pretty big baby when it comes to pain lol. Congrats and good luck! ❤️

Nipple stimulation worked twice for me at 42+ weeks.But you have to do it right. Forget the pump. Let hubby gently pinch, twist, pull, massage nipples for 1min on 3 min off. Im warning you its a powerful induction method. If you do it longer than this you are gonna be in major labor pain. Nipple stimulation releases oxytocin which is what starts labor. You are trying to mimick natural labor patterns with the 1 min on 3 min off. Try this for about 30 min. If it doesn't start labor by then its not going to. Try again in a few days. Good luck!

A pump will help. Unfortunately, you’d have to consume 2+ whole pineapple to make any difference, but it doesn’t hurt to try it still. If you have a yoga ball, rolling and bouncing on them help. And even though you’d be solo, orgasms do help as well! 
Also, do NOT drink castor oil, please research before doing so!! It is NOT recommended.

I had tried every safe method out there with both pregnancies. Nothing worked (sex also only works if baby is ready to come out, my boys clearly wanted to wait). Had my first naturally at 40+5. Got induced with my second at 39+6 due to extreme pain in ribs (nerve pain). Don't believe everything you read about inductions. Painwise both births were the same. However, labour with my first was 33 hours long vs. just 5 with my second. I was terrified of being induced, but it actually went very smoothly!
