Pls help me

I’m 37w6d, since Monday I’ve dilated to 3 cm, I’m 70% effaced, and there wasn’t much there when my doctor scraped my membrane. Since then every time I go to the bathroom chunks of mucus still comes out like it did last week. The hospital won’t keep me unless my contractions move to 2-3 minutes apart. I’m trying everything I can to get this baby out but nothings working. If anyone knows what else I could do to get into active labor I’d love to hear it. I need to get this kid out asap, she’s already 6lbs and I can’t risk her getting much bigger bc I’m so small and having a vaginal birth with a 7lb might not be possible. 😭
