Perineal pain 9 weeks postpartum ???

Question

When will the pain end? Is it normal? I had a second degree tearing with a 9 pound baby. I’m not bleeding but it hurts.

Bless your heart. I’ve been there. My first was 9 lbs 6 oz with a terrible tear. 
It does go away, it can just take a while. Some tips that helped me:
1. Baby yourself. As in, don’t lift heavy things that require a strain on your pelvic floor/region. When you’re torn it’s super hard to lift without straining that tender area
2. Try not to squat-again so as not to put pressure on that area
3. Be careful where and how you sit. I found that soft couches/chairs that allowed me to “sink” into them cause straining against the stitches and more pain. You want a soft but firm/solid surface that will not put your body weight right on that pelvic floor/tear. 
4. Get up slowly. Exhale, brace yourself and get up like a very old woman. 
5. Sit on a donut pillow to relieve pressure if need be
6. Continue to use a sitz bath, or “padsicles” (google them) or tucks pads you reduce pain :) 
It will get better
