Baby mapping?

So I definitely know my sons head down (ultrasound) and when I was trying to do research last night to see which head down position he was in I got confused. I feel kicks below my ribs and mostly on my left side. Sometimes on my right but the bigger ones like his knees and feet I assume are on the left. Does that mean his back is toward my back? I started looking into it because I was having a night of overthinking and was worried about him turning again.
