It just got real

Hello All!

We just had our first 3 hr appt today with the doctor and I am getting three acronyms. One of them is IVF, I think another one means we're doing a fresh embryo day 2 transfer, the other I don't remember and holy shit it is expensive!!!!! We're on the books for a March cycle and it is outrageously difficult trying to process everything. Lab work, a "mock/sono", finances, ultrasounds, and all of the abbreviations.

What are some things you all have done to stay organized, level headed, and trying to get in the zone without feeling overwhelmed?
