Not sure what to do

I'm really stressed because i always kind of have endo pains but recently my endo randomly flairs up and when it does I'm in constant pain and I get too nauseous to eat. My insurance really frustrated because I was supposed to go on orilissa about a week ago to help my pain and to hopefully get ride of endo for good but my insurance is fighting it because they dont want to help cover it but we cant afford it with out them. I also feel like my depression is starting to get bad because I'm so stressed about this situation and I'm tired of being in pain. I just really hope my insurance will help us
