I dont know what to do about this.

Ok I dont know where to post this but this group they always reply so I'm going to post this here. This might seems weird and nasty but I really need somebody to tell me what to do. When I was pregnant with my daughter I had hemorrhoids (external) and few days I put apple cider vinegar and it bleed and after few mins it's not hurt anymore but my hemorrhoids is still here this is 1 year ago and I just cant take it anymore everytime I wipe I feel it I'm not comfortable at all. I'm scared to go to my dr I hate surgeries. Do any home remedies to put it back in? I tried to push it but it's not working.
