Possibly pregnant on nexplanon ?

* I sound crazy... if anybody has advice or a similar story ***
I’ve had it for about 6 months now, for the first 4 months I was constantly spotting with old blood it was nasty (sorry TMI) so I called my doc and she put me on a pill pack of birth control to regulate my cycle and it worked, I didn’t even take the full pack because I forgot about it to be honest. I haven’t had my period since which is ACTUALLY FREAKING ME OUT because we had unprotected sex twice and he finished in me.. I’d be fine if I was pregnant again I’d actually be happy ...
But I’ve had bloating, nausea, cravings.. normal pregnancy symptoms with 2 negative tests. I know it’s a very slim chance of being pregnant.. and I have no idea when my cycle is because it’s been screwed up and I haven’t had a regular period since I’ve had my daughter. So I don’t even know if it was too early to test anyway!! 
ANYBODY HAVE ADVICE?! 😫

I went through this too! I was convinced I was preggo again on nexplanon but every test was negative. I think it’s just regulating hormones

That implant is supposed to be one of the most effective forms of birth control but I got pregnant with it, it has a really high chance of miscarriage if you get pregnant while it’s implanted  though and can only be removed at 11weeks.
Sadly when I got pregnant it ended in a miscarriage before the 11 weeks and  it was very upsetting.
I ended up getting it removed because I didn’t want the reminder.

I don’t have the implant but I’m on the depo shot and have been having pregnancy symptoms off and on. I’m not pregnant though but it’s just weird and I’ve had negative tests as well. I’ve only had 1 period since having my daughter. I know someone that got pregnant on depo and it just makes me nervous lol. I know it’s rare though. I know the side affects of some birth controls are pregnancy symptoms also. It’s so hard to tell sometimes because birth control affects, period symptoms, and pregnancy symptoms can all be so similar.😩
