All breastfeeding mommies ATTENTION !!

So i been breastfeeding since i had my daughter back in October. However my milk supply has descreased tremendously like my breast arent full and achey no more & i didnt breastfeed yesterday i wanted to see exactly how much milk i was producing and within a 6hrs time frame i was only able to collect 3ozs !!! I take breastfeeding supplements the fuegneek pills & they worked at the beginning but now i dont see a difference . I need help on how to pick my supply back up ! HELP ME.
