Lower back pain
First time pregnant and a little concerned. I have lower back pain and lower abdominal pain - 18 weeks pregnant - and often mistake it for period pain but no cramps really just soreness. Is that normal? My Obgyn is super unresponsive. Have a low placenta and lots of gas, could that be it?
